I respect complaints! Complaints are necessary for the proper growth of "any" business. Complaints give us the understanding of what we are doing wrong and what we need to fix. No Company on the planet could survive without the feedback from the public. Without someone "voicing" their opinion, we would never know what's wrong and our Company will fail in a short term.
