Suggested Pay-It-Forward Concept for my PowerXS Team

NOTE: This is only a suggestion for my PowerXS Team to enhance the speed and security of success. You do not have to do this if you do not want to.

System 1: You pay-it-forward to a member by using a "promissory note" to acknowledge that this is a "forgivable loan" based on having your money returned in "point value" when the new member hits their "profit margin". This allows you to offer assistance but eventually receive your money back so you can help another new member. This also includes future top-ups if necessary. This forces the matrix to move forward and grow fast.

System 2: You pay-it-forward to a member by using a "promissory note" to acknowledge that this is a "forgivable loan" based on having the new member promise to pay-it-forward to another new member in the future, after they have hit their profit margin. This forces the matrix to move forward and grow fast.

System 3: You pay-it-forward to a member as a gift. No pay-back is required. Note that your income comes to you every month so it is a small sacrifice for your team.

System 4: You can give a family a basket of fish and they will eat for a day, give them a fishing rod and they can eat for the rest of their lives! I'm sure "everyone" knows someone or some family that can use a leg-up somewhere along the line, so what's wrong with paying-it-forward by buying them an addition stream of income or even many. They all go into your portfolio of members and you can classify this as a random-act-of-kindness.

How It Works: Each Member will invest a higher donation. It will be promoted like this - you are going to Pay-It-Forward for two people (friends or family member) and they must do the same. The "forced" Matrix Systems (because of the automation) place members on the 2nd position, the moment your first line is complete. That means you need 2 enrolled below you. When your 2nd line is complete, you are now receiving donations beyond your reserve. Study the donation plans and see what I mean! As an example - your enrollment was paid from the Pay-It-Forward System so it was free but you are not going to get your system rolling unless you have your 1st line filled. So paying for 2 or 3 new members will fill your 1st line (the automated system takes over). The first level donations go to you and are set into your reserve. If you can visualize this, you can see how easy it would be to build your Funnel without hardly promoting or recruiting and will guarantee a complete growth in the system. In many Systems, if a member does not renew or upgrade, the System fails.  With the automation in place this can never fail. The perfect scenario is that every member enrolls two. By doing this, the system will be complete in no time. I'm sure you have found that hard since most people are lazy and expect you to do it for them. My "concept suggestion" is based on the power of Pay-It-Forward, to guarantee fast growth.

 

Pay-It-Forward Advantages

Please understand, if you are paying-it-forward (PIF) for a new member in your team, you are paying it back up to yourself! You are getting your money back through the matrix. You will have your funds returned from their profits as well! So you get back double and you just helped someone build a future and gave them the respect to do it for others as well.

NOTE: The pay-it-forward system's work very well when a recruited member does not participate in the enrolling of members for their own team for reasons of - laziness - sickness - holidays - injuries - family emergencies - misunderstanding the system - lack of communication from enroller - not knowing what to do - and back to laziness. The beauty of the pay-it-forward system is that you can personally assist your enrollee in gaining an income without their efforts until they are able to join in. A lazy person can still make an income this way (but slower) and once they see they are making money - they will wake up!

Once people see they have made money, doing very little or even nothing (so "sitters" are still ok), they will wake up and pay attention to what to do next. This generates a snowball affect. The entire program is based on pay-it-forward donations for each and everyone's personal "cause". My PIF system just adds some zest to it. If everyone referred 2 people and they referred 2, the matrix would fill up very fast and solid. But, we know people can just be lazy so the additional PIF solves those issues... Everyone WINS
